It is not medical, psychiatric, or clinical advice, and using this website — including using the assistant or submitting an appointment request — does not create a provider-patient relationship. A provider-patient relationship begins only when we complete intake and an evaluation with you.

The "Questions?" assistant

The "Questions?" assistant is an automated system, not a human and not a licensed healthcare professional. It answers general questions about our practice (services, insurance, how to get started) and cannot diagnose, treat, prescribe, or give advice about your situation. If we enable its AI-powered version, it can make mistakes — please verify anything important by phone at (919) 739-3808. Its data handling is described in our Privacy Policy and About our assistant. We may modify or disable the assistant at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site or assistant: no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt, probe, or overload the service, no scraping or automated querying, and no attempts to make the assistant act outside its stated purpose.

Intellectual property

Site content is owned by MCW or its licensors. You may view and share links; don't republish content without permission.

Third-party services

Links to third-party services (scheduling, billing, directories) are provided for convenience; those services have their own terms and policies.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and assistant are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MCW is not liable for damages arising from use of the website or assistant. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a patient under applicable law.
